Nurses, doctors, CNA's, laundry, food prep...all very attentive, friendly, cating and attentive to my dad and other residents. I wish there was a direct line to call to see how a patient/resident is doing, what kind of night they had ...etc., without having to physically be there to find out.
Our Mom is here ow & has been for 5 days. I honestly don’t know how anyone could leave a bad review. She has Dementia & a fracture in her spine. She’s a fall risk . And can be a bit moody some days. They check in on her every 45 min., PT is great, the meals are brought to her but if she was more Mobil there’s a nice cafeteria. She currently lives in assisted living in Whitehouse memory care. But we love it here so much we are thinking of moving her here.
This place is a JOKE! They treat their poor patients like actual prisoners. They’re BEYOND neglectful. Do not send your loved ones here expecting even decent care. Please check in on them as often as possible if you have no other option but to send them here. They ignore call lights for hours while patients are needing help. They take away essential supplements and other medications from patients. They are hateful to family members and serve food that no one would want to eat. Just know that if you send a loved one here you will need to make sure they’re getting what they need every hour…

I’d leave zero stars if I could. I cannot put int words how horrifying this place is. I’ve always heard terrible things but until you witness it first hand, you can’t even believe it. They treat these patients worse than prisoners. I feel so badly for the poor pitiful victims of this place that have no advocates or loved ones checking in on them. It’s absolutely disgusting and disturbing how these people treat elderly helpless patients. Waiting over an hour to have to go to the bathroom after hitting a call light is sickening. Having vitamins and supplements confiscated is appalling. Do no expect your loved ones to be treated kindly and respectfully if they go here. Check in on them as much as possible. I am truly beyond disturbed by this facility.
The extra star is because it’s a nice place on the inside and some people are good. However, keep your family out of this place for rehab. Some workers were hard to find when you needed something because they were out in their car and nobody knew (we later confirmed this was common with someone who previously worked there, especially at night). One nurse was a control freak who had something against us being there every day and knew how to act different with management when called out. We eventually had round-the-clock helpers and even hired a firm to help us with elder planning while in this facility. When we finally took a vacation and left another family member there, they decided the timing was perfect (coincidence??) and had her sent to a psychiatric facility for behavior where they gave her a chemical restraint that was unneeded (we were there daily for hours before this so we knew of her behavior). She is finally getting back to herself 3 months later behaviorally but is physically weaker because of the psychiatric facility stay where she wasn’t moved. If you’re afraid of using a facility where you don’t feel comfortable leaving your loved one alone, this is that place.
My mom received Good care here when shechad her hip replacement rehab
My mother has been there nearly a month and had no progress. The lack of communication amongst the staff is mind blowing. They do not follow through on things they say they will do. Waiting 45 min for a light to be answered and then food that hard and can’t even cut with a fork. If we would have known all this definitely would have chose somewhere else. And now looking for new place
One star is really too much.
