4.6 · 69 reviewsi spoke with the business office coordinator, Devona Douglas, today to check on my grandmother and she was more than helpful, she is my favorite worker, and I believe she deserves a raise for being so compassionate to all the patients and there families that are at Brookdale, I never have to worry about my grandmother when I know Ms. Douglas is there.

The staff at Brookdale was amazing. Very attentive to my Mother and assisted is every way possible. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking senior living for their loved one.

From day 1 meeting a sales agent and director, BROOKSIDE has knocked it out of the park. This is Mom’s 2nd Assisted Living and I couldn’t be more pleased. Even before Mom physically moved in, they accommodated me so that I could get her apartment set up for her arrival. That meant so much. Every special need that arose was quickly taken care of which was never the case at the prior place. 10 out of 10.
My sister and I enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide showed us all the different areas. The resident’s rooms were nice. I liked that in the rooms there was a separate area from the bedroom to have family and friends visit.
I do not recommend Brookdale of Gallatin. Frequently raise their rates and ancillary charges but the care and service does not improve. Even the director admits the meals are substandard. It's been over 2 weeks and no one from Brookdale Sr. Management has attempted to contact me.
It was fine. Father passed in [date removed] and Mom in [date removed] so they were not there long but we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
I would give ALL 5's for each category. Brookdale Gallatin has been a WONDERFUL experience for my dad and me as a family member. I would highly recommend them to any friend or family. I have always felt he was receiving the best quality and compassionate care possible
