So far my experience has been peasant.. Kandice has especially been helpful with getting my love one needs and comfort meet!
I would like to take a moment to recognize Kandice, the Social Services Director at Majestic Gardens Rehab and Nursing Center, for the outstanding care and support she provides to my family member. Kandice consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents and their families feel heard, valued, and supported. She is compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in the well being of those in her care. Her kindness, dedication, and commitment to providing excellent service do not go unnoticed. Thank you, Kandice, for all that you do. Majestic Gardens is fortunate to have someone as caring and devoted as you on their team.
Only thing I didn’t like was how they threw away the lounge chair we bought without giving us a choice of the disposable of the chair. Other than that, I am very pleased with the customer service they give.
Dear Natalie and the Majestic Gardens Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the care of my brother, Louis. While he has been a patient for several years, I will be honest that the transition was difficult at times. The initial administrative team was often insensitive and frankly rude. However, working with you, Natalie, has changed everything. The staff appears to be retrained in patient and family interface, and there is a clear shift toward positivity and accountability. Previously unaddressed issues—such as missing clothes and the general cleanliness of the building—have been resolved. Your team has been wonderful about following up regarding my brother's medical care and addressing my concerns. Louis is currently stable and appears to feel at home, which gives me great peace of mind. The only suggestion I would offer is to consider updating the memory care unit, as it is due for an upgrade. Thank you again to the excellent administrative staff and to Nurse Fong, who is a truly wonderful person. Majestic Gardens is a great place now, and it is a pleasure to see it thriving with many new patients. Best regards, BAvent
My sister spent 21 days at Majestic Gardens. While she was there she had the best care we could have asked for. The staff was friendly and very attentive. They were thorough with her care. They had exciting and interesting crafts and fun activities. The place was clean and welcoming. Security was second to none. All of the patients we interacted with were very happy. Rooms were spacious.
The facility has a serious Bedbugs problem it's not my first time experience it.
Thanks for taking care of my brother. He is getting his weight back on. He loves the food that you serve. I appreciate you letting me sit in the dining area with him during meal times. He always looks very clean. The building is always fresh smelling and clean. Front desk staff greets everyone with a smile.🙂
This would be a zero but no option. If you are looking for places to send a parent or grandparent, look somewhere else. I was transferred to this place on 10/31/2025. From the very beginning, they did not care. I begged for pain control( was three days out from surgery after pins and screws were put into my leg)(have talked to the hospital, they sent over my med prescriptions) they said they couldn’t do it because no prescription. Due to pain, unbearable heat, and my roommate begging for the toilet I didn’t sleep for 36 hours. I was given one hydracodone at some point on Saturday(had been ordered Percocet for pain control) fell asleep from exhaustion. I had two pain pills over the three days I was there, it was ordered every 8hrs.(hospital ordered every six hours). I was in excruciating pain. The day I left I was told I didn’t get pain pills as ordered because they weren’t ordered, because it wasn’t time, and because I didn’t ask for it.(I begged repeatedly). They told my mother, who rescued me from this place, that they weren’t going to give her my meds. Along with the pain pills I was give two other meds I take on a daily basis. The hospital ordered all 6 of my normal meds. I went to be rehabbed for a broken leg! The place is supposed to be a rehab facility. The day I arrived they did not have a walker for me, as ordered, I had to ask for a wheelchair. I asked for assistance getting in the chair and was told “I don’t know how to do that”. I figured it out myself. Once in the bathroom, they had one bar that was supposed to be what helped my on the toilet and off again. The bar was vertical, about one foot long, and probably about a foot from the toilet. When I tried to use it to get back in the chair, the bar shook because it was loose in the wall. On my own, I had to figure out how to get out of bed to the chair, out of the chair on to the toilet, from the toilet to the chair, and from the chair to the bed. I had to figure this out because I had one leg useable. I got ONE visit from a pt. It only lasted a few minutes, due to pain. The lady was great but I only got a few minutes of instruction. She offered a raised toilet seat, to make things easier, but I couldn’t have one thank to my roommate. I had a visit from ot on Monday(my last day). I was unable to do anything thanks AGAIN to me having almost zero pain control. I ended up leaving that afternoon. I was belittled because I didn’t feel safe to be lifted, in what essentially is a soft net, for my weight. They had it from the hospital. Was ignored when asked for pain control. I had to asked six times for the medication and the DON told me I didn’t get it regularly because I didn’t ask. That was after the adon told me I didn’t get it because I arrived at night and they couldn’t get the order until Monday but she also said they had a back stock but it wasn’t big enough to get what was ordered. One night they completely forgot to bring me a meal and instead sent me a tray of mystery meat and cheese sandwiches. The character limit won’t allow my space for details on what they did to my elderly roommate. Just understand that if you love your parents, you won’t come here
