2.3 · 12 reviewsMy dad was sent here after being in the hospital for a month. This place was so disgusting I had him taken to another facility as soon as I could. My dad was a fall risk and the staff wouldn’t come to help him use the restroom so he went by himself. His bed rails were never put up by the staff. His oxygen tube would not be on him or even connected to the oxygen concentrator, he would be in dirty depends or not one at all, there was urine and feces on the floor and toilet in the bathroom and they didn’t clean it until I persistently asked, my dad couldn’t cut up his food or barely feed himself…

His oxygen tube would not be on him or even connected to the oxygen concentrator, he would be in dirty depends or not one at all, there was urine and feces on the floor and toilet in the bathroom and they didn’t clean it until I persistently asked, my dad couldn’t cut up his food or barely feed himself and they would just come in and set his tray down, they did not give him water or any fluids except with a meal, they never checked his blood sugar or give him breathing treatments. The staff was rude and disengaged with their patients. My dad never had physical or occupational therapy done. The other patients would be calling out for help and the staff and they were at there station doing nothing
Understated everyday.
Called in to get some info, and the receptionist was extremely rude so I just hung up

Thank you for always providing a warm reception every time I visit. I have visited Life Care many times and from the Corporate office to many of their facilities, and I am always impressed with the staff and leadership. They are consistent and their care and compassion are genuine and always evident! Thank you also for your continued generosity in the community. Thank you!
Worst experience for me ever, my Mother went to LCC after an operation I told them there was a major problem. LCC said she did not need skilled care she died 3 weeks later after discharge from LCC.
They took exceptional care of my mother. Thank you to all the caring staff.
