The nurses have been fantastic when my mother was there and since she left. I found coach there a few doors down. Have been dropping by to see him with deserts. The nurse tonight is the best. Coach could have. Really good.
Thank you for the care you give my mother-in-law. She is my second mom and am so greatful she is at a facility that cares for her as if she was one of their own. All departments are exceptional from nursing, therapy, activities, housekeeping, and maintenance. Great job!
My grandma is a resident of Life Care of Red Bank. She has the best care at this facility. It has a home like setting for her where she is able to have a few of her favorite things. All the staff treat her as if she was their own mother or grandmother. I am thankful for the care she receives. Thank you staff of LCCRB!
It has taken me a while to summon the strength to write this. Thank you all for taking care of my mama. There are so many names that I wish I had written down but one stand out...Ms Kiara...was our angel who saw us to the end. I miss my mama so much. But she is at rest. Thanks for 76 days of caring....I know we probably got on y'alls nerves at times but she was our world. I know you understand.
My mother-in-law was admitted twice for rehab. She was stubborn and only one of the therapist’s could accomplish anything. But she did and Mom went home well rehabbed. -That’s why I wanted the lady I’m a caregiver for to rehab at Red Bank Life Care Center following her total hip replacement. She’s only had about 3 therapy sessions, but I am confident she will be rehabbed, if her insurance approves the needed time. The staff is nice, especially the aide assigned to her hall. Thanks to all of you!
The host (at the desk where you sign in) was very pleasant and greeted us at sign in and wished us a good day at our leaving. As we passed staff in the hall, they greeted us. The building/restroom were clean. The residents were having an activity period. We had a pleasant experience
Sometimes it a great experience depending on the CNA working. Sometimes I come at meal time and the resident is laying on the side and cannot reach food or still asleep. I have asked them to wake the resident up and set up to eat. They say she falls back asleep. It’s funny she stays awake when I wake her up and let her know her food is there. Today the CNA did a perfect job.
Staff is usually polite, somewhat attentive to the patients could be a bit better but for the most part, I would give it maybe a eight out of 10, which is good Nothing really bad to say I’ll except missing clothing from my mom‘s clothing area where she keeps her clothes. I almost forgot about that. That was one of the reasons I gave it a eight out of 10.
