Bobbie seems to be happy here and that’s good. She did say that her evening medication is not given timely. Sometimes it’s after 11:00pm before she gets her meds. She loved the renovated room! Great job on that!
They are very accommodating and seem to genuinely care about their residents. You won’t notice odors, and that made me so happy! Physical Therapy is top notch, and that my is cooperating with them speaks volumes. Mom says the food is good and it’s well presented. They beautician couldn’t be any sweetee, and she engaged my mom in conversation the whole time…and she did a beautiful job with her hair! The CNAs work hard, but like everywhere else, there aren’t enough of them to go around. However, my mom’s needs were met. One thing I will tell you, is that one of us has stayed overnight with her…

The staff at Life Care Center were so kind, caring and attentive to my grandmother. My family is so grateful for the care that she was given during her stay there.
Our experience with Life Care Center of Cleveland was exceptional from start to finish. The rehabilitation team was wonderful, but what truly made the process seamless was Admissions Director Meredith McConnell. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made everything incredibly easy, smooth, and completely stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure every question and concern was handled with care. Truly grateful for such an outstanding experience.
My mom was in there for physical therapy. Everyone was so nice to her. I do have a suggestion…when the Dr office faxes an order over, it would be very helpful to have an assigned nurses station with a matching fax number. We had 3 orders get lost. Other than that, everything went well. PT was so good to her as well.
