My father in law was a resident at the Harmony at Victory Station. Our family was pleased with the loving care he received while there. We visited often and got to know some of the staff. He was well respected and taken care of as if he was a member of their own families.
I have never worked with such a caring team, from housekeeping to the Executive Director everyone has such an important role and the team work I see with my community is beyond words. Thank you!
Beautiful community filled with caring employees! We love taking clients to Harmony at Victory Station
The staff is very responsive and friendly. They answered all our questions and gave us a thorough tour. They even invited us back for lunch to try the food. We wish there were first floor facilities for assisted living but the rooms were also nice upstairs.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Janet Brown and her team at Harmony at Victory Station. I truly believe my dad wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for the exceptional care they provided. Before coming to Harmony, his home situation was unbearable, but I struggled to convince the rest of my family that something had to change. Once he was settled into their secured unit, everything shifted—I was finally able to visit and spend quality time with him again. Janet was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and connecting me with additional resources when I needed them. I can’t say enough good things about Harmony at Victory Station. Their compassion and dedication made all the difference.
The staff is so friendly and caring! The food is amazing and we love visiting with everyone.
We visited Harmony at Victoria Station. We had my mother assessed twice by them, and put a deposit down on the whole room, but she was rejected because she was still in rehab and she was having a real hard time getting around and they didn't feel that they had the enough help to be able to take care of her on a daily basis. So, it just did not work out. Although the facility was beautiful, everybody was very kind, I would still give it a five as far as that goes. Placement was perfect because it was three minutes from my home. Eli went above and beyond to help and tour us through the facility. We met Katie, the nursing director, who came to do the assessments for my mother, and she was very, very sweet and very kind to my mother. We saw one bedroom, which was very nice, but just a little bit too big for my mother. Then we saw a studio apartment, which would have been ideal for my mother. It was the one we had chosen and had everything she needed.
Once your loved one has moved into a facility, you must stay engaged and visit often especially early on to ensure proper level of care is given and expectations are being met.
