4.0 · 3 reviewsThe price is supposed to be based on income but our loved one's income was less than what we thought and the price did not go down and was told medication was included in the price but we are being billed for it. In-person the staff is great but in email, they can snippy and short with us. I would not recommend this community to others
I think they do a very good job at Friendship Haven, I would give them high marks across the board. The staff here is friendly and professional, and the place is always nice looking and clean. The only mark against them is that they have very few on-site activities for the residents.
This is one place we toured when we were looking. We liked it. It was a nice place, very clean. The staff were friendly, and they seemed to offer good care. I didn't really get a good feel for the activities, but overall we liked it.
