When it comes to sincere TLC at it's best Smyrna Care Center is #1. From the quality of head nurses like Johnathan & Rebecca to the daily care given by Alexis & the many care giving personnel is out stranding. The physical therapy staff really know their profession including Nathan, Hieu & Rachel along with several more are truly amazing. They create a harmonious atmosphere that brings all if us together like a family. Then there is energetic truly helpful Chiquita in guest services. Must add everyone's favorite Mildred who comes & cleans our rooms with zest and a good morning smile that reflects the entire awesome atmosphere here at Smyrna Care Center. The food at this facilty is of quality. As a retired chef I understand the complex difficulties in serving patience with a variety if aliments adhering to the necessary obligation of not serving spicy foods, excellent job done here. There are not enough words to explain my gratitude to Smyrna Care Center for their dedication to my rehabilitation and wound care. Following a motor vehicle accident, I was told by my surgeon that I may not walk for 2 years and may require an amputation. The therapy services provided at Smyrna Care Center were extraordinary, as I was walking in 6 months. The wound care provided by the nursing staff was exceptional, as I did not require an amputation because of the nurses. The CNAs took their time to meet my needs, and never made me feel as though I was a burden. The staff went above and beyond to welcome me to the facility, and to include me in activities throughout my stay. I will continue to praise Nicole Taylor, DON as she has led her staff to continuously go above and beyond. My experience at Smyrna Care gave me a second chance at life. I will forever be indebted to all of the staff. Thank you Smyrna Care staff!
