I'm surprised the state hasn't closed them down yet. . Do not send your loved ones here at all please find another alternative
Unorganized, Unprofessional, Incompetent, Unethical. The people in the office don’t know anything. The people in the office aren’t helpful. It’s wayyyy too many Program managers and lead program managers. And they don’t answer the phone
Horrible service. More interested in office politics than the client. I do not recommend this company

You LEFT A WOMAN IN A HOT CAR! That is the DUMBEST thing anyone can do! Lock yourself in a hot car mid day with the windows half closed, no AC and in Memphis heat in July... That is SO gross and an insult to the human population!
