My mother-in-law moved to Foothills Transitional Care and Rehabilitation. It's extremely clean, and they provide T.V. Foothills provides everything that she needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

My brother in law was a resident after his stroke. This place is horrible. The smell is so bad, the rooms are in shambles and so small. No room to sit and visit. The staff were hateful to him even in front of his family members. My elderly mother in law left in tears after every visit due to the way they spoke to Charles and to her. I realize they have to deal with a lot but my gosh where is the compassion and empathy for someone who went from vibrant outgoing 55 yr old man to bedridden overnight? They would leave him lying naked and exposed with only a thin blanket. Wouldn't get him up and…

They would leave him lying naked and exposed with only a thin blanket. Wouldn't get him up and dressed so he just stayed in bed for less than a year before he passed. I pray I never find myself in this horrible facility.

Rooms are worse than prison cells, 4 people share a bathroom. Room so small that beds are shoved against the wall one turned one way and one the other with TV right at the foot of bed. Smell gets you as you walk down the hallway. I understand this as most of people are in adult diapers but other facilities don’t seem to be this bad. There is not even room in the room for a visitor to sit. I have stood to visit. All i know is person went in able to walk on walker and now completely bedridden. Thoughts of ever being a patient here sends chills down my spine. If you love someone, seek a…

M mother was a patient here for short term rehab. It was a good facility. I liked that she got to pick her food from different menus. They had a wound specialist come in to take care of her wounds who was well versed in her case. She especially liked her physical therapist's attention to her special needs. The nursing staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was use of the pneumatic bed which my mother found uncomfortable and noisy

I was a patient her for short term physical therapy. I had a very good stay in this facility. I had a wonderful roommate and we became good friends. My room was pretty nice with a good location to the therapy department. The activities I participated in were pretty good. I loved my staff we became like a family to each other. the therapists were all nice and friendly!

I was a patient in this facility for about 3 weeks. I received therapy/ rehab for my hip replacement. My therapy was great! the therapists were very nice. I enjoyed the food here it was very good. The staff was attentive to my needs and very nice. If I ever needed therapy I would definitely come back here!

I was a patient here for short term physical therapy. All the staff here were so good to me. The nurses and aides are so hardworking. The physical and occupational therapists were great. The food was okay and I enjoyed the activities I participated in!

I was a short term transitional care patient for therapy in this nursing home. The staff always went the extra step to make me feel at home and welcome here. They would do things like help me set up my meals that they didn't even have to do. They helped me when I could not help myself. The therapy was so good that I can now get up and walk which I could not do before.
