Brookdale Sandy Springs was the place where I would want to put my mother. It was very clean. It looked like they had a caring staff. They set the bar pretty high, so that's what I'm comparing all the other assisted living to. Everybody was top-notch. I didn't sample the food, but there were several dining areas, and they all looked clean. Nothing special, they're cafeteria style, which is common in places like that. I got there during a change in activities. They were going to play bingo, so a staff person told people about that. I saw the schedule and it looked like a fairly active…

Brookdale Sandy Springs was the place where I would want to put my mother. It was very clean. It looked like they had a caring staff. They set the bar pretty high, so that's what I'm comparing all the other assisted living to. Everybody was top-notch. I didn't sample the food, but there were several dining areas, and they all looked clean. Nothing special, they're cafeteria style, which is common in places like that. I got there during a change in activities. They were going to play bingo, so a staff person told people about that. I saw the schedule and it looked like a fairly active schedule. They would also take people outdoors on special trips to movies, museums, or whatnot so people could get out. It was impressive.
I have lived here for 3 years, I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Food is great! Staff is friendly! We stay busy all the time with fun, enjoyable activities. My preference would be to stay home, since that is not an option Brookdale Sandy Springs is my overall pick after touring every community in town.

My mother moved into Brockdale Sandy Sorings earlier this year. I could not be more impressed with how lovely the staff are and how well cared for she is! Best decision ever!!
Providing 24 hour care was not something we were prepared for nor equipped to do. Brookdale Sandy Creek was very welcoming, I have never encountered a moody employee nor a non-smiling face whenever we drop in to visit our sister. And knowing that she has someone there to help her, anytime, day or night, has taken so much worry and a huge weight off of us. Thank you "A Place For Mom" for providing so many recommendations and helping us find Brookdale Sandy Springs.
Facility and staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the full facility is always very clean, no smells. It is a little pricey, especially given you have to pay for assistance with medications etc...
My mom has lived at Brookdale Sandy Springs for about 3 years. She has received great care. Her room is so homey and has everything she needs. She's safe and has friends to hang out with. The staff is awesome. They manage her medications, assist with bathing and dressing. They really care about their residents. My father was also there prior to passing and he received excellent care in the memory care side. I highly recommend this facility.
My in-laws are residents of Sandy Springs and my wife and I are very happy with the care they receive.[names removed}..are very attentive to our needs and provide considerate and timely communication about our family members. A Brookdale residence which provides national expertise on elder care issues combined with the local hospitality and care of the Sandy Springs staff.
