Mom was there for some time, first as rehab and then nursing home. Most of the nurses were great, as was Tracy in PT. But administration is very lacking. When mom was admitted to the hospital, I messaged them multiple times to both fill them in and ask what I should be doing as her hospital stay continued. Not one person ever got in touch with me. While she was in the hospital, I stopped in for something and noticed her name tag was even removed. She then went into hospice, here at home. She DIED here, and not a single damned call from anyone at this facility. Never thought any organization…

At first I was skeptical about taking her to a SNF because most are nasty with that certain smell and patients out in the hall looking uncared for. I was so impressed walking into this facility. The whole place was clean and had a clean smell. The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. Observed how they treated other patients and it was with love like they would want their family to be treated. The night nurse called me about 9pm and introduced herself, let me know that labwork would be drawn on Monday. I was pleased to hear from her, that let me know that she was at least…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From my very first conversation with Kelly at Fairpark, I knew my mom was in caring hands. Moving a loved one into memory care is never easy, but Kelly made the process so much less stressful with her kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Since my mom, moved into The Grove Memory Care, Jenny and the entire team have been absolutely amazing. Jenny has created a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. Jenny has created a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. You can see how much she cares—not only for the residents but also for the staff she leads. Every caregiver, nurse, and staff member we’ve met has been patient, caring, and willing to go the extra mile. Knowing my mom is surrounded by people who truly care has given our family tremendous peace of mind during a very difficult time. Thank you, Kelly, Jenny, and the entire Fairpark and The Grove team for everything you do. Your compassion, dedication, and commitment to your residents do not go unnoticed. Our family is truly grateful, and I would highly recommend your community to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one. Sean Wilkerson

My husband is in River Grove Health Center. The staff has been very caring and takes good care of all his needs. He’s here for therapy. Bettye Bennett.

Walked in and was greeted immediately by the friendly receptionists. Both was willing and ready to help me. While I waited multiple staff made sure I had been seen. They facility was a clean and claiming environment for the residents. I rate this facility as 5 stars 🌟 on friendliness, cleanliness!

This place is awful. My wife was sent there from the hospital. I couldn't get her out fast enough. The staff is lazy, the place is dirty with blood, price and feces stains on walls, etc. Extremely depressing rooms. The best recommendation I can give you is didn't put your what enemy there, much less a loved one.

There have been serious concerns raised regarding the conduct and mental stability of a Housekeeping employee named Harley. Management has been notified of these concerns, yet the employee remains in her position. Based on the behavior that has been observed and reported, the facility has not adequately addressed potential safety issues. Families and visitors should carefully evaluate whether this is a safe place for their loved ones.

My family member was here for about a year and it was the best experience that our family had ever had at a nursing facility. The CNAs, nurses, and the administrator along with all the other managers were very friendly and always helpful. They treat everyone like family!
