4.4 · 58 reviewsBrought to managements attention that the staff are acting very poorly, mean, and aggressive with the residents and nothing was ever done, I also noticed management favors certain employees and the ones that say something about other mistreating get treated awfully, in matter of fact staff try to fight you when you call them out for abusing the elderly, from what I heard things have been reported to state due to nothing being done, I don’t need a comment from “the owner” as the “owner” is never there to do anything either, they have residents there that need 24/7 care and don’t get anything…

Brought to managements attention that the staff are acting very poorly, mean, and aggressive with the residents and nothing was ever done, I also noticed management favors certain employees and the ones that say something about other mistreating get treated awfully, in matter of fact staff try to fight you when you call them out for abusing the elderly, from what I heard things have been reported to state due to nothing being done, I don’t need a comment from “the owner” as the “owner” is never there to do anything either, they have residents there that need 24/7 care and don’t get anything done about it so they’re in the floor most of the time. Hopefully yall don’t continue to let the abuse go. Sincerely a very concerned individual for others safety!
The communication with executive staff is lacking. But positives is the care team personnel keep my mother moving and not just laying in her bed. The facility is nice and has a very comfortable feel.

Our experience with experiencing the staff working with the memory clients has been are awsome. The staff are always patient and caring with my sister. Can't recommend it enough.
Sometimes great sometimes bad

My parents have been at Concord Place since April 2025. This is the third memory care facility they have lived at in Knoxville and Concord Place is by far the best. The caregivers and nursing staff are excellent. We came to Concord Place because of Patience, one of the nurses on staff. She cared for my mom until she passed and did an excellent job at it as well as taking care of my dad now. Concord Place has several nurses on staff and they all do an excellent job with the residents. I wouldn't put my parents anywhere else, and really wish that we would have found this place from the get go. We have been so pleased with the care that my parents have received here at Concord Place. The administrative team is great also. We are beyond pleased with Concord Place in every aspect.
