If you're considering assisted living, you don't want to miss this Franklin, TN location. I haven't even had the chance to move a loved one in here yet, but sat through the intake process with one and was blown away by Geno's thoughtfulness, compassion, and attention to the small details to make the family feel heard and the prospective resident feel seen and wanted. I had the opportunity to catch conversations with residents who clearly love the place. They proudly display their artwork from art classes. Help and encourage one another as they pass each other in the hallways. I enjoyed seeing so many of them socialize in the packed dining room for dinner. I had the opportunity to chat with the in-house physical therapist. What a gem! She clearly cares about her patients and advocates for them. The number of staff seen amongst the residents was also impressive. I'm used to seeing a much thinner staff:patient ratio. And the residents clearly love the staff - lots of laughs, ribbing, and high fives were seen. The facility also displays fabulous artwork, making the place feel homey and comfortable rather than institutional. The grounds are beautiful with lush trees and and inviting wrap-around, covered porch with rocking chairs. I don't need assisted living, but can I live here? I give this place a FULL 5 stars! (I was not paid for this promotion, but was blown away by this home away from home and have to give credit where it is deserved.)
