Brookdale Cleveland

My name is Gary Randolph. My mom has been a resident for several years. I don't know what my family would do without the staff here to assist me with my mother's care. They are always very professional, kind, and courteous. I can rest at night knowing that my mother is being watched over with love and care. Thank you so much Brookdale staff I don't know what I would do without you.

Recently moved my MIL from to on another facility to Brookdale. I love the staff, the facility is beautiful, warm and a perfect size. The opportunities are terrific and my MIL has not yet complained about the food. I feel like they actually care about everyone and everything. They are “doers”not just yes people. this wasn’t definite upgrade for my mother-in-law In quality and Affordability. Thank you, Brookdale for making this happen!!

We're from Germany and had to find a place for our uncle in a hurry. We chose the Brookdale, and they've been a huge help with absolutely everything. A special thank you goes to Ashley, who helps us with absolutely every problem we can't solve from Germany. She has her heart in the right place and is always there for us. The Brookdale is a really lovely, small, family-run establishment, and all the staff are very, very kind and helpful. Thank you so much, and we look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for being there for our uncle and making his stay as pleasant as possible.

I have worked at this community for over a year and I can say without a doubt this is the best community I have ever had the pleasure to work for. I am beyond honored to know the residents at Brookdale Cleveland. I would not want to be anywhere else.
