The staff at Brookdale truly care about your family member. They took such good care of my dad. You could tell they actually cared about him and his care. They made a very difficult and stressful situation for us better with their empathy and caring. The food was the best you can get for assisted living facility. My dad was at this location for a couple of years before being moved to a more skilled nursing facility. The difference between the two cannot be compared. The staff at Brookdale truly care about your family member. They took such good care of my dad. You could tell they actually cared about him and his care. They made a very difficult and stressful situation for us better with their empathy and caring. The food was the best you can get for assisted living facility. There were always activities to be involved in if desired. They worked with insurance and payment so we did not have to. I cannot say enough good things about Tawny and all the staff that cared for my dad. Highly recommend for anyone having to make such a difficult decision.
Brookdale Browns Creek has quickly become truly home for my MIL. The caring staff, excellent activities program, and friendly residents make it a place that is a joy to visit. We feel confident that my MIL is safe and well cared for, but more importantly, we are overjoyed that she is happy at Brookdale Brown Creek. We were recently delighted to feel comfortable leaving for a family get-away - we took all of our kids and grandkids and went several states away - without one bit of worry about my MIL. Brookdale Browns Creek has quickly become truly home for my MIL. The caring staff, excellent activities program, and friendly residents make it a place that is a joy to visit. The staff at Brookdale Browns Creek gave an excellent Mother's Day luncheon. The decor was beautiful and the food was very good. The gift of flowers with a vase was a special touch. Thank you all for making it a special day! My mom and I appreciate the care that went into this.
Excellent! Brookdale takes great care of mom. They have numerous activities to keep the residents engaged. We recently attended the Mother’s Day luncheon. It was a great time of food and fellowship for all the families and residents.
Excellent care and people. So glad I feel safe with mom and dad in their care and know that there are those that are trained and care enough to go the extra mile. Couldn't be happier!
Mom receives excellent care and the staff is great. The activities keep her active and involved. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Browns Creek to other families.
My mother is a resident at Brookdale Browns Creek, an assisted living facility. It's so nice, and a lot better than where she used to be. She never left her room there, but this place can't keep her in her room because she's out socializing and doing all kinds of stuff. She's happy, and she enjoys it there. The food is good, and people are really nice to her, so she's got a lot of friends. Her room is a studio-type, and it's what she wanted. They have bingo that she goes to twice a week. They also have all kinds of activities going on. They even go on outings where they take a couple of groups out someplace every week. They stay pretty busy there.
