I was only visiting but my friend had improved in just a week.
My insurance covered my stay at Bradley Healthcare and rehab. The PT and OT therapists were gentle and helpful.Excellent at their jobs. Nurses and CNAs work extremely hard and were knowledgeable regarding my hip fracture and how to move me in and out of bed.So kind. Housekeeping was friendly and kept areas so clean.
These fine people took excellent care of my Mother in her final years. The folks that work in this industry are under appreciated and are super heroes . One day we all may need this kind of care. Thank you all so much.
HIRE MORE FOLKS !! Understaffed and I even seen a nurse playing a computer game while the entire buildings residence are yelling for help..
this place should be shut down I would not even let my dog's go in this nasty place and too they don't care about the people there it's all about money for them they are a sorry bunch of people.
My mom is still in the nursing home, Bradley Health Care & Rehab. There are a couple of nurses that are good. But other than that, I don't like anything at all. They're horrible. They never give medicines on time. They don't take care of the people. They're rude. I tried their food, and it's usually burnt, hard and cold. And with regard to the facilities, they have black mold in the showers. They have activities, and that's okay. The rooms are pretty much the same in the hospital room. The nurses are usually complaining about having to be at work. They don't want to come and see the patients. They try to say things like, 'I only have to come in here once every couple of hours. And you ask for too much.'
Declined my dad. They told his case worker his medications cost to much. She also said they wouldn’t even allow her to advocate for him. Personally after hearing that we didn’t want him at this facility anyway. They care more about $$ than helping people get better so they can go home. The family would have covered medication cost. Smh
The hallway smells very bad all the time in just 1 area. It's one or two rooms on one hall that smells bad most of the time.
