We’ve been extremely impressed with Belvedere Commons of Franklin. Rhonda, the business office manager, and Lauren, the Director of Wellness, have gone above and beyond in coordinating my mother-in-law’s care from afar, making the process smooth and reassuring. As one of the better options for low-income seniors in the Tennessee Choices program, they truly make the most of the resources they have to provide compassionate and attentive care. We’ve been extremely impressed with Belvedere Commons of Franklin. Good place very clean staff are great love the residents my family member that was here loved it

Great place my father was here and they always took the time to answer and tell me anything I needed to know about him !!!!! They staff were very friendly and helpful to him I always seen them interact with all the residents when I was there to visit him it was always clean

Never in my life would I ever make a bad comment about a place but all I can say is don’t send you’re loved ones here it’s nasty they don’t clean the people there are never taken care of all they care about is the money management is horrible to everyone there only nice once you walk into the doors when I toured it smelt so bad it was unbelievable I have never in my life experienced this I wouldn’t recommend to put you’re loved ones in here save you’re self the money and the time!!!!!!
