Bailey Manor (Memory Care) is truly a wonderful community to work with! As a hospice provider, I have had the opportunity to see firsthand how caring and compassionate the staff are with their residents. The team is always warm, friendly, and welcoming, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the people they serve.The residents always seem happy, comfortable, and well cared for, and the families are treated with the same kindness and respect. There is such a positive, family-like atmosphere throughout the community. It’s a pleasure to partner with Bailey Manor and their amazing team. As a placement advisor, I have had the opportunity to take several families to tour Bailey Manor, and I have been very impressed with the care and environment they provide. One gentleman I worked with moved into Bailey Manor about four months ago, and it has been wonderful to see how well he is doing. Since moving in, he has become more engaged, is participating in activities, interacting with other residents, eating well, and truly seems to be thriving.
