Visited a friend's sister only for a few minutes bc they were eating and she was having a bad day. Nurse was very sweet and filled is in briefly.

Fabulous facility
The staff is nice and the place is kept clean. Single rooms are ok. Shared rooms are tight. The activities are adequate.
In my opinion it's a five across the board. But, I'm sure if you ask [name removed], friendliness of staff, meals and activities would be a little less than that since she is there day in and day out.
Apple Grove I would highly recommend for my loved one..The staff at Apple Grove puts a smile on my grandmother's face EVERYTIME..When me and my family travel..I have left my grandmother there for a respite stay a whole month.. After two days of worrying.. Because me and my mom have never went on a trip without here... After the third day we where at ease and very pleased when returning.
A lot of what was discussed during the tour does not happen. The dietary restrictions are not closely followed and I don’t know how often the residents are seen by the doctor. They do seem to administer meds, though.
