Very nice and clean ..faculty/staff very professional and make you feel welcome
I've passed by Harborview many times even wondered about employment;today I had the opportunity to visit a resident and I was very impressed;the inside is very nice and just as attractive even more so inside than out,everyone I spoke to were nice,I saw only one person to each room which I really liked that and my friend said :He likes the food it's real goodnight smelled and looked good.Good job Harborview!

First Impression, clean and beautiful decorated entrance/lobby. Parking and outside entrance was noticeable well groomed and clean. Very important to me. Receptionist was professional patience and helpful with the visitor's check-in procedure. All staff was friendly kind and professional. Family room was clean and comfortable for the long visit. Would highly recommend to others💯

Great customer service
Worst place ever!!! They have one CNA on every hall/floor with 19 patients. The nurses sit and walk outside all day because they have nothing to do. My uncle was there for 2 weeks and developed a life threatening skin infection, that the head nurse knew nothing about! When we first took him to this place, they had a meeting with their care team, including their wound care nurse, that they say was exceptionally at her job, LIES!!!! They say the nurses only administer medication, they didn’t even do that. I mean I never saw one nurse in the hallway working! Please do not take your love ones to this place, do not let that building fool you! I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Terrible!!!! My auntie wanted me to include “ that she would NOT take a sick dog here”!!!!!!!
