The women who send the email did not specify what entrance to go to when they had three, making my sister 1-2 minutes late. Found the entrance came in and the desk white lady immediately said no as we walked in the door. No “hello” no “good morning” just no manners at all. Had an attitude. So disrespectful. Said to call if you couldn’t find the entrance but didn’t say that in the email and claimed she had called my sister to tell her when she did not. Came to take my sister to her CNA training program orientation. Came 5 minutes early. My sister called her multiple times to ask about how long it takes and other important information. She always got put on hold. Lady did not get my sister in.Mind you we are hijabis so she was racist and so rude and had my sister miss her orientation for being 1-2 minutes late. Racist because of the way she was when earlier she was talking fine to an older women but once she saw us she was disrespectful had an attitude and no manners when we did nothing wrong. I called to complain and asked to talk to a manager and they hanged up. Don’t come to this place they are all disrespectful and racist and entitled . Also for the orientation in the email it didn’t say u had to be strictly early or you would not be allowed in. FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!
AdamsPlace provides the best patient care and customer service of any healthcare organization I have ever come across. Everyday I see examples of the loving care received by my 85yo mother-in-law. The leadership, nurses, and CNAs are outstanding! I HIGHLY recommend AdamsPlace!
This review was written by my wife, Lisa Durrett. Would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff at Adams Place Rehab Facility for their professionalism, caring, and hard work. I spent two months there after a serious fall. My ability to walk and move was greatly impaired. My comorbidities made my situation more challenging. The staff was key in my recovery and the quality of life I regained. Thank you again with much appreciation.

At our age and distance from families is nearly 1,000 miles, we decided to make final living would be at a multi-level care facility. We went to the three in town with the highest reputation. We were so satisfied that we made a deposit for our future.
