What amazing, caring staff at Wyndridge! Eddie in the kitchen is so pleasant and fun, caring about the residents enjoying their meals. Bryan is so gentle and wants everyone to have an opportunity to participate in activities. Kayla & Rebecca are awesome. And words can’t express the appreciation we have for Jessica, Marilyn, Erica, Jordan, Brittney, & the other nurses & caregivers. Amy, too, has made the business side of things seamless. I am impressed with the staff on the 100 unit. They are compassionate and make my friend feel wanted and loved. That's evident by her smile. I look past the facility being older because the most important thing is the care rendered.
If you love your family members do not bring them here. Residents do not have enough care. Theres retaliation to Residents who speak out. To my knowledge their currently under investigation.
The nurses do their best. They are understaffed horribly. The facility is depressing. Almost no cheerful colors throughout the building. It definitely needs a makeover.
This place rocks! From Housekeeping to the Director and all facets in between. They all went above and beyond to take care of my wife's needs. 2nd Floor Nurses and Aides....Thanks so much for y'alls kindness and concerns.
We are very happy with the staff working their. We feel lucky to have such a place close to our home taking care of mom!
