The doors locked the other day and there is no one who answers after hours. There is no one working the front desk. I called to talk to the front federal today, a lady was nasty and rude and lied about the situation. There is no way to get a person on the phone in corporate. They don’t return calls or emails. It’s hot in TN and 80 year old seniors with walkers were locked out. That’s dangerous. 911 said they could do nothing to help. Beware before you put your parents here.

My Son and Daughter moved me in here 7 years ago. I absolutely LOVE it. I was scared at first but they made me feel so welcome here. I can't thank you guys enough!

Awesome!!!! So glad I moved in. Was taking care of a big house and lonely. Met a ton of friends here and the apts are nice and food good

Me and my Wife moved in 3 days ago...really like it. Staff is nice nd attentive and food is good. Everyone is friendly

I moved here approximately 8 months ago and what I pay here for rent is no where near worth the benefits I receive by living here. The meals in the “mess hall” are not fit to be served to an anyone, not even folks who are incarcerated. They use the cheapest products they can possibly find and they don’t seem to make very tasty choices for the meals on their menu. They also refuse to provide “healthier” options for folks who have some basic health needs. Offering a “salad” is not a suitable option. The dining tables are dirty, as well, as the silverware, at least the times I have attempted to eat meals in there. Their maintenance can be an issue as well ( not necessarily the men’s fault ) but they seem over worked and probably underpaid because the facility claims that they can’t afford to hire the suitable amount of staff to maintain 11 floors of work orders that need tending to on a daily basis. The manager is unwilling to allow the maintenance men to “fix” a couple of issues in my unit because he says that they are either “too expensive” or don’t need to be repaired because they work fine for people who are not “disabled” but I am. Hopefully a person moving here won’t mind the continuous sound of airplanes flying over head as BNA is very close and the flights out for the day seem to start around 5 a.m. God love most of the staff, they really try, and are very cooperative, but in my opinion, the facility is in over its head. They would need a staff double their size and to use much more of their budget in order to make this facility a desirable place to live. It’s really unfortunate because I like my unit. I’ve made it a comfortable place to be.

This place suck don't take your family hear at all not in order kitchen food be bs don't got lab chart for dinner my mom is on diet and thay gave her worng food step yall game up food was plain need to food line one with diet line and food with salt on it

I have been a resident here for almost 1 year. I am so happy I found this place. I moved here with my husband , he has since passed away. The apartments are fantastic and the staff is second to none. Kefah, Joe, Maria and Iris are the best! I encourage anyone 55 or over to make this your new home. thanks! Gina

This is a first class senior living facility where the staff treats you like royalty. Shara went above and beyond the call to assist us with the move in process and continues to exceed our expectations. Joe, the manager, and the entire Windlands South team worked tirelessly to meet our needs. Hats off to Shara and her teammates!
