3.2 · 19 reviewsThis place does have roaches, I saw them while waiting in the lobby (it crawled under the thermostat, got pic) and in the rooms at various times. Many times, no one staffing the desk during visits. When it is you might find a tenant behind it, no a staff member. Recently a tenant fell and laid there for around 4 hours before discovered. Heard the excuse they are understaffed. Buyer beware with this group.
I was there and there was cockroaches on the walls and from the reviews there is also bedbugs! and the staff where not friendly with me at all and it smells like pee, this is not the place to send ur older loved ones.
They currently have bed bugs crawling up their walls and doing nothing about it these residents should be remove immediately

My father has been in the Victorian Square Assisted Living Community since 2011. His room is very small but it's a very clean place. They have a lot of activities and he says the facility is OK. They do their laundry and housekeeping. They have a beauty shop and a nice exercise room. They also go on outings, do crafts, play bingo, card games, and stuff like that.
This place is amazing!! There is probably a lot of fancier facilities but the staff here make up for that. They treat every resident like they are family. Its like one big famiky here, I've only been here a few weeks and I love it here and wouldnt wanna be anywhere else, except home, but since I live alone and dont have any close family that is able to live with me that is healthy enough to help me 24/7 in case I fell or had heart attack or whatever because I have heart failure and only 30% of my heart is working I had to come here but to my surprise I feel like I'm around peooke here just as close as real family. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing assisted living.
