Now usually when a patient comes in someone establishes whether the facility or family is doing patients laundry. Something got overlooked which happens but I want to give a shout out to their laundry girl Mary Mason who kindly explained things to me and even though it was almost quitting time went above and beyond and took my patients laundry for me and began washing it which was nice. Something places you get attitude but not here. Thank you Mary Mason for your good…

I also didn’t catch the name of an employee who went and brought me a brand new set of sheets so my patient would have a clean bed to climb into tonight. I would highly recommend Trinity Hills.
Was very impressed by Laura and staff.They went above and beyond my expectations.
I would recommend. Friendly staff who really cares about the residents, whether Assisted Living or Memory Care. Trinity does send out questionnaires periodically and families can address any issues at that time. Also, [name removed] has always been kind to answer any question I have, at any time.

The staff has been excellent. We are still working through some communication issues, but overall we are pleased with the care our family members are receiving.

Trinity Hills exceeds expectation when it comes to resident care and family values! Every resident, family member, and guest that steps foot through the doors is meet with exceptional customer service and welcoming arms! It's a pleasure to be affiliated with the Community!
There are some challenges that are true across the board for a all assisted living communities. Trinity Hills is among the rarest finds in terms of exceeding standards in senior care. There is a personal touch in all they do, and a professionalism that inspires trust in residents and excellence in care staff. This community is 5 stars on every level and capacity: resident care, dining, life enrichment, and it's atmosphere of warmth and encouragement.
