The staff appeared to be "mummified". Front desk personnel speaking of their men and "always lying". The printer that prints the visitor ID'S was inoperable and no one seemed to care.

My friend is a pateint here let me start by saying this the rooms are filty, it doenst look my loved one has been bathe in weeks everytime i come eveything is dirty. Some many safety hazrads. My friends cries and begs me to help find a new facility which we ar ein the process of doing the conditions are extremely and vile if someone doesnt fix this i will call the state and make sure.I was very disappointed with my experience at Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Communication with staff was inconsistent, and it often felt difficult to get timely updates regarding care and treatment plans. Response times to resident needs were slower than expected, and there were concerns about overall attentiveness. The facility did not meet the level of care and professionalism that my family was expecting. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility and hope improvements are made in staffing, communication, and resident care.

Upon entering the Trevecca Rehab Center, I was immediately struck by its immaculate cleanliness. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, made me feel very at ease and comfortable.

My Mom is a resident and my experience is that the food is horrible. Every day they have chicken nuggets, hamburger or a special. The food is always cold. There should be better variety. The staff are wonderful.

Jazmine h and Marisa w. These 2 ladies have went Above and beyond there should be so many others That could learn from them with such compassion... understanding...and...caring that they have for their patients...

Things I have noticed since my loved one started at Trevecca in August up to this point. Hair has not been washed at all. I was told that they don’t know what’s going on with the 1 person who does the clients hair. We are now about to start December. I went to do my loved one’s hair on last Saturday, all personal items were missing from her drawers. Hair grease, combs, adult bibs, rubber bands, snacks, towels, ect. Things I purchased, not the center. I was told to make sure our loved one’s name was on every item, which I did, and they would take care of it. No one ever told us or provided us with a form to add items to a list. The communication is bad. Our loved one has high blood pressure and we have requested repeatedly that pork is not part of this person’s meals. Our requests have not been honored by any means. For breakfast, our loved one gets a bowl of oatmeal, about three to 4 spoonfuls of what looks like powdered eggs, a sausage patty, and juice. We even requested a menu, not sure if this exists. The message that plays when one is on hold states that they have great meals and culinary. Also that they basically take into account dietary needs/concerns. We have not experienced this. During one of our visits, we noticed that our loved one’s arm and hand was swollen. It’s like something happened overnight. We had to basically demand and push to get her to be able to get testing performed. Our loved one was crying and could not use their main arm/hand. “What happened in the course of two days.” Was there a mistake that no one mentioned? There has not been use of that arm since whatever happened. Dear GOD. Is there better out there or is this the norm? So so so extremely frustrating. Those are my frustrations. There are individuals who we’ve come across at the facility who seem like they really care. Most of the time though, those individuals tell us that is not their permanent location. They are just helping or assisting for the weekend. I am so grateful that facilities are in place to help. I just wish that everyone treated the clients and/or residents as they would like to be treated or how they would want their loved one treated. I do get that some of us are overworked, underpaid, overwhelmed, and so on. Going into a field of caring for others cannot just be a job but a calling, a gift, and a choice to answer that call. Answer the call by going through the training, praying, making sure it’s your calling, and knowing that there are going to be times that feel overwhelming. Yet and still, take time as needed so that it doesn’t have to come off as if it’s so horrible to others. And remember why and what “we” sign/signed up for.

Friendly, helpful staff!!

Good experience and since my husband got there he has been treated good
