3.9 · 94 reviewsDon't bother reading 5 star reviews. Most of them are the employees of the facility or employees of other Waters facilities. This place is trash. Don't bother trying to call the (877) number either. I left a message and number well over 1 month ago, and still have heard nothing back. Called the parent company, no response, called the CEO, no response. They only care about taking your loved ones money and nothing else. WORST FACILITY EVER!
Horrible place. Never anyone to talk to when you call to check on your loved one. Most of the workers do not like working here and it shows. They recommended I put my mother in hospice, after she fell, due to them not watching her. Thank God I moved her and didn't listen to them. If only I would of known I'm sure my mother wouldn't have suffered so much physical and cognitive decline and would ne doing much better today. I believe all they care about is the money they are making.
Remove the Employee 5 Star reviews, this facility goes from 3.9 stars, down to less than 2 stars. My niece is at this facility. After several grievances over the dietary staff bringing her food she is allergic to, they still bring her food she is allergic to. One grievance she had because she needed a change of soiled clothing, and after 2 1/2 hours, they finally changed her. This particular grievance miraculously disappeared. A huge no-no in healthcare facolities. This error is solely the Social Services Directors fault. One day, they didnt even get her out of bed and to her chair until 3pm.…

Remove the Employee 5 Star reviews, this facility goes from 3.9 stars, down to less than 2 stars. My niece is at this facility. After several grievances over the dietary staff bringing her food she is allergic to, they still bring her food she is allergic to. One grievance she had because she needed a change of soiled clothing, and after 2 1/2 hours, they finally changed her. This particular grievance miraculously disappeared. I requested to talk to the Administrator and left my number, still haven't had a call back. Left my number for Michael Blisko (CEO), no return call. Guess this man only cares about how rich hes getting. I contacted the Long-term Ombudsman also. Of everyone contacted, the only person to return my call was the only person not recieving money from the company. I strongly recommend a different option for anyone looking for a facility, and if you have family in this facility, for the health and safety of your family members, a different location would prove to be a more viable and safer option. The negligence in this particular facility is disgusting. MICHAEL BLISKO, I left my number with your company, maybe after this review, you will see the seriousness of this situation and reach out, especially since your administration and staff at this facility are damaging your company reputation. Lastly, 5 star reviews for this facility and the one in Gallatin by Linda Bradford, are bogus. The facilities own Social Services is leaving these reviews herself under her previous name. Social Services name is Linda Hitchcox, Linda Bradford Hitchcox! Administrator of Gallatin facility giving out 5 star ratings also. Tyler Muse everyone. Rick Lucas leaving 5 star reviews. He was an administrator at the Springfield location. Proof in pics below! Many of the other 5 star reviews are also employees of the facility. All I can say is WOW! UNBELIEVABLE!

This facility is horrible because they do not meet proper dietary issues when it comes to someone having allergies to foods. Also this facility doesn't have enough slings to either get someone up or to get someone in the shower. As a family member of the of my niece that is there I would not recommend this facility to nobody.

Awesome staff that really cares for thier residents!
Staff is working toward getting facility to be the preferred skilled nursing facility and long term care facility in this and surrounding communities. Still working on some changes while keeping some practices that have proven effective in the past. Stop by and say hello to some of our new faces and all of our dedicated team.
