When I learned that they evicted a resident without cause after years of on time payments, and privately paying for 24/7 care, I need to warn anyone considering this place to avoid it. There are several nice option where you do not have to live in fear of someone “not liking you” Sorry, Melody. Your response does not wash. The resident in question moved to one of your competitors and receives the same level of care as she did in your facility. The bottom line is you forced a woman in her 90s to leave her home and friends. Your lack of compassion…

I was searching for facilities for my in-laws. When I learned that they evicted a resident without cause after years of on time payments, and privately paying for 24/7 care, I need to warn anyone considering this place to avoid it. The resident in question moved to one of your competitors and receives the same level of care as she did in your facility. My dad has lived at the Villages for 3 years after my mom passed and I couldn't be happier with his accommodations; the grounds, porches, dining room, food, fun activities...all top notch and wonderful for the residents. Thank you to the Villages of Farragut.
Life at The Villages offers an attentive and caring staff and a wealth of activities. The apartments are beautiful and well equipped. The interior community areas are welcoming and the lovely outdoor area includes a walking trail, a large pond, and seating on balconies and the ground floor. The food is delicious and varied.

I have worked at The Villages of Farragut since 04/2024. I work here as a second job, but would gladly work here full time if possible. Melody is a genuine, very kind, and really flexible boss. If you are good to her then she is better to you in return. The residents here are just wonderful and kind. I couldn't ask for a better place to work as a second job. I have made true friends here.
Few things I want to say is the place is beautiful and every one is okay. Melody is okay the director. lack of communication. Don’t keep her word, waist my time hiring me as a second job. Melody is pissed off because I didn’t feel well and took off for 2 days. Claim I didn’t communicate which is not true if that is case she didn’t either. I was glad to get discharged!! Fr I work there 6 days haha and it was okay. I seen my schedule was getting played I knew that would be problematic. I really didn’t like it. I READ A REVIEW ABOUT HER AND IT COME PASS, ALL THAT WAS SAID WAS TRUE ABOUT MELODY. All of it!!! She is very unauthentic. She will cut your hours because she hire to many people. She hired another young lady today to rid me on purpose. It wasn’t that serious of a situation. I know what she was doing. But I’m good. If you work there in your 40 and 50s don’t count on it. Find better and do better. Kitchen supervisor didn’t even speak to me not even to say you good or okay. Why would I want to work for that for. Thank you melody God is good and on my side I will find better and do better.you can’t stop me or hurt me. 🫡

This is a real community where every person is treated like a good friend. The Villages is so professionally managed that everything is extremely well thought out. Every detail has been carefully designed, every employee exudes real care for each other and the residents. I just moved my mother here. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!
My wife and I recently spent several days at The Villages of Farragut visiting my in-laws to help them during a health event. My impression after close interactions with the residents, staff and management is that this is a first-rate facility, motivated by a genuine vocation of service and hospitality to our dear elders. I can easily say that from the servers to the Director the Villages personnel is constantly bending over backwards to ensure the needs of residents are addressed with selflessness and a smile.
