The staff at The Pearl is the best. In a facility, like The Pearl, the people serving your loved one is the MOST important. Our family is so happy we found The Pearl.
Finding an appropriate place for a beloved spouse or other person suffering from any form of dementia is a daunting task. The relatively new facility, The Pearl at Fairview, came highly recommended primarily on the basis of the reputation of its experienced and compassionate executive director and her staff. The relatively new facility, The Pearl at Fairview, came highly recommended primarily on the basis of the reputation of its experienced and compassionate executive director and her staff. The Pearl is an appealing facility: meticulously maintained; well-lit and clean; with calm, interesting decor and colors that reflect unpretentious staff cheerfulness. From front desk and administrative personnel to nurses, caregivers and cleaning staff, I continue to witness creative individualized attention given to my husband. The entire Pearl team shares the goal of providing M______ and his neighbors with the best possible quality of life. As his spouse of 50 years, knowing that his physical, mental, emotional and social needs are being adequately met is granting me a safer, healthier, and more loving way to live. I can’t say enough about how wonderful The Pearl at Fairview has been for my mom. It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff loves and cares for her as if she was their own mother… they are family to us!!
From our very first tour, this place felt like home. The layout, the decor, and especially the atmosphere immediately stood out to us. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming and genuine. The care that Mom has received here has been phenomenal. Our biggest joy is seeing her engaged and interacting with others. It gives us great comfort to know that she is included as much as possible and not isolated. Making the decision for memory care is not an easy one. At The Pearl, we know that Mom is safe and cared for in an environment that feels warm and inviting rather than confining or clinical.
We are so grateful for the wonderful care at The Pearl. My husband is treated with respect and so much love. The staff is always helpful, the atmosphere is beautiful, and everything is always clean! I would recommend The Pearl to anyone needing care for a loved one.
Jan 3, 2026 I moved my 90 yr old Mom and 93 yr old Dad under The Pearl's care. Do I recommend The Pearl as a quality place for your loved one's daily care? Yes. 😀
When Mom’s dementia worsened I was so thankful to find The Pearl at Fairview memory care. Mom has absolutely loved being there and has made friends with all the other ladies. I can sleep at night knowing she is safe and can’t wander out. It’s nice to feel like her daughter again instead of a 24/7 caregiver.
