I did my clinicals here and absolutely loved it. The staff truly goes above and beyond for everyone, and you can tell they genuinely care about both their patients and the people learning there. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my experience. I’m so grateful for each person there and everything they did to make my time there such a positive and memorable experience.

The entire care team, nursing, therapy, dietary, housekeeping, and activities all work with one another to ensure residents receive outstanding service in a welcoming, and comfortable environment.They’re a hardworking facility who cares for their residents while keeping their manners and the facility clean.

I recommend the Palace Care and Rehab located in Red Boiling Springs, TN for the friendly and caring staff members. They treat patients like family and make and effort to make the patients as comfortable as possible.

My father was a resident and the the staff there was really helpful and supportive. They took great care of my dad and helped get him through his time of need in a respectful and concerned manner. I appreciate the nurses for also being there for me. I would highly recommend.

Should be called the palace prison as you walk in. It is the most dreary, the most depressing place. You can even fathom. The nursing staff is absolutely horrible. I'm sitting outside my grandmother's room. I can hear them complaining about everything from the residence, just things going on in their life. In short, there was 0 positive attitude or energy. In that place. Every time the staff was asked something whether it be I need for my grandmother or a question about something. They were rude and completely put out with me, even talking to them. They treated my wife poorly. They talk down to her like she was stupid Other family members came and witness first-hand how she was being treated. If this is a place you wanna put someone you really care about. I would strongly reconsider. You can look at the faces. On the other residents, it is the most depressing place. I've ever been in my life as soon as i first stepped into that place. I could sense it, there wasn't one happy resident. They didn't even have the dignity to cover some of the patients who may have been accidentally exposing themselves. Their blankets or garments may have moved exposing them. We asked the nurse to help my grandmother to the bathroom. As she was having some issues standing on her own, the nurse replied. She's wearing a diaper, isn't she? To which my wife told her, how would you like it to sit in your own feces? And someone do that about you, this is the professional level that these people provide. So beware
