Littlecreek is not just a nursing home. It's so much more. My Mom was there 5 years (2004-Sept. 2009) and our Aunt Betty (2023-May 2026). Littlecreek was home for both and the staff became family. There are several of the staff that are still at Littlecreek from when my Mom became a resident in 2004. It was uplifting to see familiar faces with Aunt Betty in August 2023. Littlecreek is not just a nursing home. It's so much more. My Mom was there 5 years (2004-Sept. 2009) and our Aunt Betty (2023-May 2026). Littlecreek was home for both and the staff became family. There are several of the staff that are still at Littlecreek from when my Mom became a resident in 2004. It was uplifting to see familiar faces with Aunt Betty in August 2023. Amy was Mom's and Aunt Betty's primary caregiver. She is the best! The nurses are excellent. All the staff are very attentive. When employees stay it speaks volumes. The level of care they received was exceptional. All the employees were kind, caring, and compassionate. They were not just caregivers, they were their friends. They were treated with respect. That's important. They depended on the nurses and staff and they were not disappointed. The facility is immaculate. It's not the fancy decor or newness of a facility you need to look at when a loved one needs help. It's the people. Littlecreek checked all the boxes for us in the level of care we needed for my Mom and Aunt Betty. If I could I would give more stars......5 just isn't enough. I pray we never have a need for a nursing home again but if we do Littlecreek is where I would want it to be. This is how I feel after 8 years experience with Littlecreek. Little Creek LTC is an outstanding facility that truly goes above and beyond for its residents and their families. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing quality care. The environment is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to create a sense of comfort and safety. Communication is excellent, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in ensuring every resident feels supported and valued. I’m incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion shown here. Highly recommend Little Creek LTC to anyone looking for exceptional long-term care!

Mom recently became a resident. Little Creek is an answer to our prayers. The seemingly unending patience, care and compassion is freely shown by everyone. Staff randomly dropping in to say hello. Recently, Kevin, an administrator, with the assistant Mom's cell phone company, was able to restore her virus infected phone. Thank you Little Creek for an exemplary job meeting Mom's needs!
The deep, meaningful relationships between staff and residents truly highlight the compassion at the core of Little Creek's care. It’s heartwarming to see how every department wholeheartedly prioritizes the emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of each resident, fostering a nurturing environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
I literally found a giant cockroach crawling on a patients’ face here. Not to mention issues with the air conditioning. Imagine paying what these people do to live here to have broken AC and roaches crawling on you. Absolutely disgusting.
This is an excellent facility with well-trained staff.
My mom died June 26, 2022, three months shy of her 88th birthday.The Nursing Center at Little Creek. Little Creek chose to evict my 87 year old bed-bound, blind, completely immobile, dying mom 8 days shy of her 24th month of residency - a date only important because she would have been eligible by their own criteria for their benevolent care fund - a discount basically. It was only after this eviction that I learned that in TN as in most other states, state licensed nursing homes that don't accept Medicaid or Medicare do not have to follow federal nursing home laws that protect seniors from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
