Great people at this facility
Dyersburg Health and Rehab greet their visitors, patients and families with also a greeting and a smile. Their nursing and therapy staff work with the patient and family to have a plan of care to allow the patient to reach his/her goal. The facility also has a secured memory care unit to care for those loved ones that are living with dementia. A great facility

The level of care and attention to detail exhibited by your team is truly commendable. It is evident that each staff member is dedicated to their role and genuinely cares for the residents.
Nice place.
My father is in this place and everytime I go to visit I am confronted by one of their rude employees or bully .not only the visiters are in fear of these people ,the patients that live in this nursing home is bully around by these people that calls themself healthcare workers.
