The maintenance team is always good and making sure work orders get resolved in a timely manner and the activities team is good at keeping everyone engaged throughout the day. Highly recommend if looking for a loved one.
The caregivers in Assisted Living do such a wonderful job. It's evident they truly care about the residents personally, which is a huge relief for family members. Thank you out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of every day.
We could not be more pleased with Assisted Living (Parc) at the Crestmoor. We moved our dad in almost a year ago and cannot imagine him anywhere else in middle TN. We have experienced other local facilities with both parents over the past 4 years and the Crestmoor is by far the nicest with truly amazing caregivers and administrators. Shout out to Lori who is the Director for Assisted Living and Memory Care. She listens to residents and their families, proactively solves issues, and works tirelessly to make sure resident needs are being met to their satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone…

We could not be more pleased with Assisted Living (Parc) at the Crestmoor. We moved our dad in almost a year ago and cannot imagine him anywhere else in middle TN. The Crestmoor of Green Hills has given my husband and I a wonderful gift, a building full of new friends. Local Management and staff is especially nice, courteous and professional. Located in the heart of Green Hills, we can walk to grocery stores, theaters, the YMCA ant THE MALL! We are pleased that we made the decision to move into The Crestmoor.
Our experience with the people at The Crestmoor has been exceptional. They have been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in every situation we encountered. They respond in a timely manner and get the results you need to make your move a really good experience. My mother Ruth Randolph was in memory care somewhere else and had good care. Because my brother and I lived at the Crestmoor we moved mother to Parkside at the Crestmoor. She went from good care to excellent care. I would highly recommend memory care for your loved on at the Parkside Crestmoor in Green Hills. Harper
Not a good environment. Rents have gone up drastically. Lots of complaints about dining. Employees are unhappy and do not stay long. Management does not keep promises and thinks they have no responsibility for safety. Residents were just told there will no longer be cameras in the pool area and they should use a buddy system to feel safe. There is a hateful divide between assisted living and independent living and residents yell at each other.
