The nurses were so caring and considerate of him. He seems so happy. It truly made my day to see this. Thank you Courtyards Staff!
It was a difficult decision to move my Dad into memory care but we made the right choice by placing him in Courtyards Senior Living. My Dad is very happy here. The staff are attentive and kind. I don’t worry about him because I know they are taking good care of him. Even when there have been some small issues, they are always addressed, resolved and taken seriously. It is a calm facility with low resident numbers and adequate staff. They truly care for him and always answer my calls or texts if I need to speak with someone.
The staff is very pleasant.

My aunt lives at The Courtyards in Knoxville. Every time I call and talk with her. She goes on about how amazing the food tastes. She says it's homecooked, always fresh and hot, and how amazing the staff is.
My grandparents both lived here for many years. It was a wonderful experience for us and them. Wonderful staff that was very caring.
I recently took a virtual tour of the community. They were very helpful and informative! They made me feel very comfortable even during there times of uncertainty. I have put down a deposit and moving my mom in a couple of weeks. Very excited!
This assisted living exceeds all in the area. The care services rendered to us residents here. The scaring attitude of each employee is very evident. I am pleased to call this my home.
