During the recent snowstorm, The Bridge at Hickory Woods remained fully open, and many staff members went above and beyond by staying on site to ensure residents were cared for without interruption. The Bridge at Hickory Woods truly stands out for its incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive staff. From day one, everyone has been welcoming and quick to help, creating a genuine sense of comfort and community. What impressed me even more was how well-prepared and dedicated the team was during this past weekend’s major winter storm. Despite challenging conditions, they maintained full staffing and ensured residents had continuous power, heat, and hot meals. Their professionalism, preparedness, and compassion during a stressful time speaks volumes about the quality of care and commitment at The Bridge at Hickory Woods.

Very friendly and helpful staff and everything was clean and beautifully decorated inside and out.

I visited a friend at The Bridge. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and positive. I witnessed several times staff going over and above to take care of residents. They knew right away my friend's name and they (my friend) had only been there a few days. They were cordial when I was leaving as well. There is a big sign about The Bridge about being voted a great place to work. It shows in the staff. It would be good if more businesses did that.
