I've called several times today but can't get anyone to answer the phone. What's going on there?
The Arbors is a beautiful facility with caring staff and an excellent activity director. I am pleased that my mom is settling in well.

The staff here are amazing. They treat their residents like family. Everyone is so caring and kind and they take such good care of our dad .
They care a lot about the people in there . This is a wonderful place . And it's clean.
The staff is very caring and friendly, and if I have any questions about policy or visiting hours they have the answers for me.

My family member is treated like their family. The staff members go above and beyond to care for her even going so far as to send me pictures when I miss an activity or special event. The atmosphere is very comfortable and casual. I love Heritage Place and would highly recommend it.
