Very very clean The management has turned over a couple of times, but, I'm not sure why That being said, I've had no issues with anyone in management My uncle gets housekeeping and laundry services Both are by the same lady, [name removed] She does a great job
Facility isn't user friendly... one of the side doors is broken. If a person tries to unlock the door it doesn't work effortlessly. The chapel is disgusting and so is the gym. There are fruit flies and leakages everywhere. The staff revolves like an open door and rarely follow through with anything. However they expect their tenants to be on time with payments.
I like the fact that I had my own apartment in Sycamores Terrace Senior Apartments. I really liked my neighbors and my friends here. We have bingo on Tuesdays and craft classes on certain days of the week, especially around different holidays. They're doing crafts class for Easter next week, we had bible study on Tuesdays, and things like that. I like the activities. I like it pretty much and it is affordable. Considering how the rate is here in Nashville, Tennessee, it is the most affordable for senior citizens. It would be nice if we had security because we are older people around here.…

I like the fact that I had my own apartment in Sycamores Terrace Senior Apartments. I really liked my neighbors and my friends here. We have bingo on Tuesdays and craft classes on certain days of the week, especially around different holidays. They're doing crafts class for Easter next week, we had bible study on Tuesdays, and things like that. I like the activities. I like it pretty much and it is affordable. Considering how the rate is here in Nashville, Tennessee, it is the most affordable for senior citizens. It would be nice if we had security because we are older people around here. Everybody cannot afford to have their groceries delivered. Some of us have to go out and get our groceries in and try to get them into our apartments, and it would be nice to have security here in the evening when you come in at night to make sure that you get in safely. We do have a laundry facility. It is free, we don't have to pay, but the washers and dryers are always broken down. So, it's limited. It would be great if they were to spend money to get new washers and dryers. The one thing that I absolutely love here is our dining room. It is not free, but it is affordable, and the food is wonderful. The meals are tasty. You can have breakfast or lunch. They give you enough food that you go away hungry.

I am currently a resident at Sycamores Terrace Senior Apartments and overall, my experience has been great. All of the staff are great and super friendly. The housekeeping could be improved, but I have VERY high standards. I am sure most people would not see a problem. I have not eaten many of the meals, but they are top notch in talking to anyone here and based on the ones that I have had. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!!
I have been so pleased! The staff, good, cleanliness all are awesome! I especially like [name removed] the director. She works very hard, and makes Sycamore Terrace a home.
I came here to meet a friend for lunch one day and I liked it and I liked the people and they had an apartment available so I moved in. All of the people here are very friendly. I think the apartment sizes here are good for what I need. I have had a little difficulty with maintenance, but other than that I am happy. I would recommend.
The staff is very friendly and the communication between the staff and our family is very good and they keep my loved on well informed. The community is very neat and clean and I would recommend this community to others
My mom has moved into Sycamores Terrace. It's independent living. They have some activities, but they're limited because of the pandemic. They're bringing food to their rooms, too. The staff members are very kind and very nice.
