New owner, from Chicago, observations based upon buy, build, move in and three weeks of experience. Overall could not be more happy with decision and resulting experience. Sales representative, Amy was responsive but not pushy. Building manager, Ryan was among the best, most dedicated to customer satisfaction, that we have observed in our 50+ years of marriage. Social environment is welcoming but not stifling. One can be as involved as one chooses. We have found the community people to be friendly, inviting and interesting. The staff at the Lodge could not have been more effective; Appreciate that my comments sound like a commercial for SS, but our experiences justify our comments. One last comment, the government of Spring Hill, though small in size and perhaps a step or two behind on technology have been very helpful.

Southern Springs provided an exceptional buying experience and follow up; the best I have ever had. Everyone with whom I have interacted has been exceptionally responsive, professional, knowledgeable, customer-focused, welcoming. Update: Almost one year later I remain pleased with Pulte services and responsiveness. I am currently having one year warranty work done on my house. Pulte reached out and contacted me to begin this process and I was assigned a property manager (Phil) who always takes the initiative, and who has been extremely responsive and professional. As is the case with any new build, there are always items to address. However, I have not had to follow up once and the support I am receiving is truly outstanding. In other words, Pulte has done an excellent job in doing what they said they were going to do. [Note that I had previously (2018) built with a different local Nashville builder (NOT Pulte). They did not contact me to initiate one year contract warranty work and were unresponsive and uninterested when I tried to get them to honor their one year warranty promises.] Again, happily my experience with Pulte and Southern Springs continues to be excellent!
