Beautiful Wonderful Amazing Staff

Beautiful place and great staff.

Close to where I live and work and the price was within my mother's budget. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My mom is happy there!

Our family had a need to do a location change for my brother from Texas to Tennessee. We were able to tour and arrange a placement for him quickly and smoothly. There was a time sensitive situation and they responded with flexibility and promptness

My dad has moved into South Knoxville Senior Living. It is assisted living, but they're not as assisted as I would have liked. It's a new place. It's small, but it's nice. Instead of being stacked on top of each other, it's 6 independent units with 13 residents in each unit. They're renovating several of them. There are six altogether, and I think they have four going on right now. Two of the buildings are empty, and they're working on them. The staff members are very nice. They're fine. We're having a little problem with the activities. They need more activities, but the Senior Center for Knoxville is right around the corner, and that has things all day, every day. Each unit has a library and a place to sit and read, and each building has its own kitchen facility. The 13 residents that are in the building can have their meals right there, but they're not all operating yet. Right now, they only have two of the kitchens going. My dad says the food is good, but I don't know personally. It looks fine, though. I walked in for dinner one night, and everybody was happy.

Patients complaining of poor dietary. Not enough to eat. Went there today 03-25-2025. And they are doing an inspection clean . Worried about lawsuit. Matt I feel has taken 20 thousand dollars from Doris early without any extra services provided to her. Others in the same bldg.pay half or less than her and she is treated no different. We are moving her to Deane hill immediately. Thank you Matt for the screwin.

It is isolated and they don't help with transportation. There is little to do. The size would be more comfortable if they tired it into a kitchenette and a closet. There's most no plastic hang things. . It could be fine for some people.

South Knoxville Senior Living is a wonderful place to live if you are an active senior citizen. You have to be resourceful in planning activities for yourself because there is not an activity director. Many people prepare food in their rooms. You can have 2 or 3 meals per day. If you pick 2 meals , breakfast and dinner you can save about $[removed]. per month. The meal times vary depending on which building you are in. The food is prepared in one building and then arrives via a cart to the other buildings.
