Visiting the facility today made me so proud of the staff that care deeply for the residents. Great sense of community at Madison!!

I have been here two weeks and now I'm ready to go home up and walking they are awesome so friendly and kind of my family need rehab I will recemen them
It is garbage I been wet all day and nobody have touched until 4:41.i have pictures and notes I have been here for over 2 years and it have went down . I had a whole lot to say but it wouldn't let me
My fam member has been in the Madison facility since Nov 11th. She has progressed and started physical therapy. The therapist are great! But the facility lacks compassion and people skills. They don’t get her up she is left to sleep all day on weekends. She pushes call light and it takes up to an hour or more for someone to come help her. And I’ve complained but that doesn’t seem to help much
The building has definitely improved under the leadership of the Administrator and new DON. Madison has excellent staff, the nurses and CNA’s really care. They know the residents, what their needs are, and they go above and beyond to make sure those needs are met. There has been a whole shift since Laura and her new DON have joined forces, and I can feel the difference when I walk into the building. Thank you, Madison team for taking care of our loved ones.
Very impressed with this team. The new DON and Laura are making great progress. Also loved the Fancy like video. RESIDENTS LOOK SO HAPPY!
