Signature HealthCARE of Clarksville

Was at this facility about 2 years ago. Needed help to get back on my feet again so it was a no brainer😃.

My husband is a patient at this facility and all of the employees have been wonderful. The food has been great and he is content. It takes a true calling to take care of elderly people. Keep the good work up. I thank you for taking good care of my husband.

My grandmother came from the hospital not to long ago My grandmother has been here for about 3 weeks I met jada and Ariana who were so loving and great towards my grandmother. She feels really welcomed here they take so good care of her, she hates when they don’t even work sometimes already this soon . the nurse really showed she wanted the best for her as well. I was real skeptical on the reviews but they’re ok in my book as of right now no complaints. She’s gonna be here for atleast a month so let’s see how the rest of the stay goes.

People àre nice but some of the CNA workers does not want to do what you ask and complain. This is a hard job that someone has to really want to do. The food is crap. When I first arrived things with my care were kind of slow but as I stayed things became better. Medications were received on time. There were a lot of activities but some I didn't care for. Overall everyone is doing a good job.

My brother was there for a few weeks the things I saw and heard were disturbing I have videos and pictures he was not being fed after I told them he was so wear and couldent see clearly I caught the yelling at him nurses talking just awful to him the staff there definitely needs to be checked out by the state the social works there called me let’s just say calls were. Not pleasant this place needs to be investigated I was told by another patient they were mean to my brother and yelled at him they used very disturbing language to him I had to have a talk with two nurses I came in one day I hear my brother saying he could not breathe while nurses in the hall right by his room I say he can’t breathe she says oh he says that all day I have pictures of a diaper hanging on his catheter blood stains that were old he never got a bath in weeks when my brother was rushed to the hospital the ER doctors called me told me the shape he was malnourished and full of septic infection that morning we Decided hospice was the best for him that was so hard but I knew it was best he wouldn’t hurt any longer and be treated like garbage my brother passed away just very few hours after he left that place I would not allow there to watch my dog this place needs investigation done on them from too top to bottom please do not allow a love one to be placed there also the doctors did share with me of concerns they knew of about this place as well as hospice I certainly wish I knew cause my brother would have never went there
