My 1st visit was good the staff was nice and the place was clean . The only reason its 4 not 5 star is because no one was there to greet me and help me find where I was going

My husband left the hospital into the care of this facility he was there 6 days and back in the hospital straight to micu he was there 6 days and then died. He died 2/1/2025. They didn't keep me posted about him getting worse. He called me on 1/4/2025 and told me he called the ambulance and he loved me. That was the last words he said to me. When I went to get his things from there that evening they didn't give me all his stuff. The staff is real nice and sweet and helpful. But whoever packed my husband things up took my husband pocket knife.
