4.3 · 47 reviewsLove visiting my brother there today he was clean just had a shower by Dominque was my first time meeting her and she was so kind and sweet they have hired some really good and caring staff the last couple of months and I can see the major change In the care it is wonderful Jeff is doing amazing job Ms.Sheila is also new but very friendly and see her every where making a difference it’s just a few new friendly faces I see making a difference housekeepers are also working hard keeping building clean just all around better place Love it keep up the great work and know families like me sleep…

Love Mr. Jeff leans by example his is a great team leader care was good room was clean I was there for therapy it was good as well over all stay was great I just won’t to go to group home.

We had another resident to go home after there stay here at Ripley Health and Rehab her and her family stated they enjoyed there stay here with us and was very stratified with the stay was very happy they was here it was a blessing have to met a wonderful lady and her family she did her rehab and was able to to go home very excited and appreciation for the care we provided.
Please take your loved ones to any other place other than this! In my experience they left me in my same clothes for two weeks straight! So
My father was there for 4 days and we moved him out as soon as we could! His room was nasty, had a filthy couch, furniture was tearing up, bed was broken, no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom, spider webs, dirty floors and the facility reeks of urine and feces. The gourmet meals, that’s a joke! See picture below. That’s what he was served for supper but the aides in the hall had heaping plates of food for themselves. His therapy was going to be 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week. What is that going to rehab? It’s not, it’s going to keep him as a patient so they can continue to bill insurance. How in the world could this facility possibly pass a state inspection? There’s no words to describe the utter dissatisfaction of the facility and some (not all) of its staff. The website is a FALSE representation compared to the reality of this facility! Please, if you have other options, utilize them! Too bad I cannot post a video taken of his room. Shame on you!!! There’s so much more I can say about the facility but you get the point. Bless the patients that have no other choice in their care and where they have to live.
The facility smelled clean...staff was friendly and professional...my aunt was in tip top shape!
Wonderful. The staff was very helpful, kind, and cares about the patient and visitors. Mrs Andrea is the biggest help and really cares about people and treats you more like family than a visitor
