Pine Meadows Healthcare Center

My great-aunt stayed at Pine Meadows, and our family had a very positive experience. What impressed us most was the compassion and professionalism of the staff. Charonda, was and is exceptional. She was always oh so nice, patient, observant, and treated my great-aunt with dignity and care. It is clear that she truly cares about the residents and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and supported. Knowing my great-aunt was in such caring hands gave our family peace of mind. I would gladly recommend Pine Meadows to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one, friend, and community.

I love the new lobby area and decor. It is awesome to see the residents interact with activities like their Sneaker Ball event.

Nice friendly Staff

My sister was transferred to Pine Meadows after being in another facility for over a year. She was scared and overwhelmed upon arrival. What I will always remember and what touched me the most was how Samantha and the entire staff at Pine Meadows welcomed her with such patience, kindness and compassion. They went way above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. I knew at that moment she had found her home. Samantha is a true gem, What truly impressed me was her genuine concern for my sister's comfort. My sister's bed was not meeting her needs. Upon learning of my sister's discomfort, she immediately acted to make her life better. Samantha took the initiative to research and order a new, specialized bed to ensure she could rest comfortably. This single action speaks volumes about their dedication and the personal level of care they provide. I am truly grateful to the entire staff for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and attentive environment for their loved one.

I used to live there I had to file a complaint against one of the CNAs for being excessive most of the staff is excellent some don't need to be in there the first night I was there there was spiders crawling out of the air vents there's one particular nurse her name is Carrie and she's awesome and she holds the place together she's the only reason I would recommend anybody to go there the food is less than mediocre the therapy team is a Solid 5 out of 10 the upper management staff well let's just say those Smiles that they greet you with are paid for there are some CNAs there let go above and beyond what they're supposed to and then there's a few there that don't need to be there that don't need to be CNAs some are unskilled I had a problem with one putting their bare hands in my food instead of chopping it up with the fork and knife they use their bare hands to tear it apart I requested a new plate several times but if I could give this place a zero star rating I would
