I have been doing happy hours there with the residence for close to a year now. The staff is always friendly and helpful to the residence and Holly is the best.!
Went to watch a friend play in a Christmas orchestra. They place was clean, nicely decorated, and not just for Christmas. The seniors looked happy & were very friendly. The staff was checking on all of us & was as kind as kind can be. I would recommend this place even just to visit, the folks were so friendly & loved having visitors. 🤗🩵
Fabulous retirement village. Clean, and well-staffed with many amenities.
I visited Parkview West Knoxville, an independent living place, and they were very clean. They had large closets, walk-in showers, balconies, and patios in each unit. It had a huge, clean, and very neat dining area. There's an activity area and a theater that shows a different movie every night. They also have live entertainment three times a week.
My grandmother is here and most of the staff is very sweet and attentive
Parkview West Knoxville is a new place. It was about four years old and it's more plush. It has a movie theater, a bistro, and a pub. It's got tons of stuff and a lot of amenities. They have 100 rooms. They have a beautiful courtyard. You can pay extra for a patio and the patio is like 8 x 10, it's covered and it's gorgeous. It's nice. They do a continental breakfast in the morning in their bistro. You go down and pick it up or you can eat it there. And then you go to the dining room for dinner and there's a menu that they publish. And then you can buy lunch, but it's $5 instead of $3. The girl who gave us the tour was nice, but you could tell that she didn't know any of the residents. She was a salesperson, and that was her job. But in the other place, everybody knew each other. Their menu is a little bit more high-end. The whole facility is more high-end. So it's a newer facility with more amenities, and they reflect that in the price, which seems reasonable.
My sweet neighbor moved here a couple of years ago. She has a small apartment inside the main area. She has some of her own furniture there. It was clean and beautifully decorated in the common areas. Meals are served in a beautiful dining area there. She has met several new friends there . Movie nights, game areas, and a Great Gatsby party was just last week.
One of the employees there went full Karen on me because I knocked on the door when it was locked
