NHC Healthcare - Scott

NHC Scott is an outstanding specialized nursing home facility. When I was recovering in the hospital before being transferred to NHC Scott for therapy and recovery (I am disabled), I telephoned people I knew around town and asked for recommendations because I needed specialized care to recover from Covid. Everyone recommended NHC Scott. Being a patient here I have witnessed that the NHC facility have a caring staff. You can see that NHC Scott cares. Back in Dec our father had some medical problems that required the need for short-term rehab when he came back home. We selected NHC Scott in January for short-term rehab. The staff were super nice, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions/concerns. They did a great job taking care of Dad and helping him to improve so that he could go back home. Super pleased with everyone and so thankful to Jason and his team for their care of Dad!!

I went to visit my brother I had been so pleased with this place.but the last time I visited him.he had no pillow slips on his pillow bed wasn't made he needed a shower.he look so un kept .I know you have limited help but these people depend on the caregiver.they stay in there room no pajamas cause they have to use bathroom a lot it's awful God have mercy on a country that doesn't take care of old people.and yes his children he has but they older and sick
