If you are medically complex, this is not the facility for you. Simple orthopedic injuries is what this facility can handle for rehabilitation. Usually 1 nurse for the whole floor, slow to give meds. Only a few knowledgeable nurses there. Only 1 tech for the whole floor per shift, They don’t go over meds before they give them to you unless you press them. Very old facility but they are doing some remodeling.
My loved one has been there for over a year, not due to the facility. There were a few small issues in that occurred but when it was brought to someone's attention it was handled promptly and without issue. The staff were very attentive and seemed to truly care about the services provided. For the most part all was kept clean and tidy. I do recommend this facility.
Great people and care.. Always clean, nice social programs ard gym and PT very good. Dietary very accommodating. I would recommend as I was here for 30 days.
Great experience here. Nurses are very kind and helpful. Thank you everyone.
I loved everything about the Nashville center, the Nashville center team and staff was wonderful very caring about my needs, especially Averie, she was awesome 👍🏾❤️
I highly DONT recommend this place!! They are the reason we no longer have a father. Tonya Harrison specifically is the reason why. The day my dad’s heart stopped beating she performed some procedure that obviously didn’t go well. Instead of telling me what was really going on from the first call I received she decided to hide whatever was going on then 30 minutes later she called saying my dad coded. The same day I called multiple times and the day after wanting to speak with the nurses that were on shift at that time, including her and they constantly told me that they would have them call back and no one still reached out to let us know what actually happened. I was already unsure about that place due to things I saw when I would visit my dad consistently alike. Patients screaming help as I will walk down the hallway, nurses sleep in the hallways on night shift and the workers not checking on patients like they should. If you’re able to care for your loved one full time , that would be a better option than this place
My Mother was in this facility for about 24 days. We came on March 16 th and she fell out of bed on the 21st as well as the 30 th of March . She had never fallen out of the bed, but guess what the same Nurse for both falls. Even talking with the DON nothing was done. I did say Third Time We'll Be In Court. Thank God I got her out and the appointments that they set up were not complete. If you Love Your Family. Find Another Facility
