Excellent customer service at most levels, especially front management and therapy staff. Night assistance needs a little tweaking but overall good.
This is a great facility for your loved ones. Inpatient and outpatient therapy services. Also offers long term care services.
I highly recommend Christian Care Center for post-surgical care and rehabilitation. The staff are friendly yet professional, and Donna even met us at the hospital to help with the transition. The environment was clean, bright, and well lit, and the therapy team worked closely with my aunt after her broken hip and surgery—helping her regain strength and getting her walking again in no time. We’re so thankful she recovered well and was able to return home to my uncle.
Not happy with treatment of my family member. Ended back in the hospital.
Unfortunately, this facility appears severely understaffed, and it shows in the quality of care. Response times are slow, residents often wait too long for assistance, and the staff seems overwhelmed. While some caregivers are kind and doing their best, there simply aren’t enough hands to meet basic needs. This is a serious concern for anyone considering this facility for their loved ones. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
If your loved one dies in this facility, make sure you can remove their belongings within 24 hours! We were told to take our time. She passed away early Wednesday morning. We were gong back Friday or Saturday and was told that was fine. "NO HURRY!" They called on Thursday and said they were moving mom's belongings to the prayer room on Thursday. We were still reeling from losing mom, suddenly. They had no feelings whatsoever ! It's not about your loved one, but the almighty dollar! They had someone needing the room. So sad! Was this the only room available? No! We had a friend call and ask if they had a room for a man. She was told, yes! Hmmmmm????? They are also short staffed. There was only two ladies there that we could depend on. When they were off, we knew it. Mom wouldn't be clean and still in her pajamas at 1:00 pm. This happened several times. We pray we never have to use them again. We have been more than happy to share our experience with friends and family. No need for me to call anyone to talk. The man in charge always puts complaints on someone else to handle. He never spoke unless we spoke first. Not the friendly type. All the administration is aware of what they had done and it was so very wrong!! The word Christian needs to be taken out of their name! Debby Elston
Only go here if you are hospice and want to die. They are unorganized in the administration. They are severely understaffed in CNA who actually do all the care. My mother was there for rehab after an illness she was bed ridden. On average it would take over an hr to get changed or cleaned up. Sometimes it was over two hrs. No surprise she ended up with UTI. Only good thing I can say I'd that the occupational therapist and physical therapist are wonderful.
My grandmother was recently there and had a heart attack from them not doing exercises with her cause of her 2 stokes she had. So it made her have a blood clot from not enough exercise. And she had a heart attack from it. She was always left in her wheel chair when wanting to be put in bed because of her butt hurting from bed sores. I do not recommend anybody be sent here. Thank u.
